All services are provided in accordance with Australian Standards and local council regulations.

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided unless otherwise stated by Australian Consumer Law.
We provide services in compliance with Australian Standards and Building Codes.
Our work is covered by professional indemnity insurance.
Structural engineering designs are based on information provided by the client; we are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete data.
All drawings, reports, and engineering documents provided by Elevate Structural Engineering remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients may use them only for the agreed project and may not distribute or modify them without permission.
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute may proceed to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Australian law.
